Mouthguards
Mouthguards protect your teeth if you suffer from teeth grinding, while you play contact sports, and can help alleviate TMJ disorder pain.
Mouthguards and Night Guards
A mouthguard is an appliance that covers your teeth to protect them from damage. Whether you grind your teeth, play sports such as hockey or football, or suffer from TMJ disorder, mouthguards can help minimize damage to your teeth. They are essential for athletes in contact sports, as they soften the impact and can prevent serious harm or painful oral health issues.
Night guards are similar to mouthguards but are worn while sleeping to prevent damage caused by bruxism. Bruxism is a disorder that can cause people to unknowingly clench and grind their teeth while asleep. Untreated it can result in teeth fractures, breakages, headaches, and jaw pain.
Our mouthguards/night guards are custom-made from lightweight materials, ensuring they are comfortable and effective. They do not interfere with your regular breathing or speaking.
